Important Information:

When you purchase a Squarespace Website Template you will receive a link to accept your template as a new website. This template will not be added to an existing website. If you have an existing Squarespace website we don’t currently offer an Install Package Add-On like some other Website Template Shops.

Our templates are best for those starting out with Squarespace from scratch and for completely new websites.

Do Not Purchase a Subscription Prior to Purchase: Please don’t purchase a subscription package before receiving your template. You will want to receive your template and make your edits first before purchasing a subscription from Squarespace. If you accidentally upgraded to a paid subscription before purchasing a custom template Squarespace will normally offer a refund within the first 14 days so you can reach out to their support team to restart the website from scratch.

When you will receive your Squarespace Website Template?

After purchase you will receive your template within 48 business hours. Although unlikely, this time frame may slightly vary due to potential unforeseen circumstances and we cannot guarantee that it won’t take longer. There may be slight delays on weekends or over public holidays. If you have not received your template within 48 hours please reach out to us - Contact Us Here.

Please Note: Once the template has been added to your account it is officially yours and is your responsibility to add in your own content, logo and make edits to the template. If you make accidental changes to the template we cannot get back into your website to reverse them.

A template is sent only once - A purchase of a template includes the sending of your chosen template to you only once. Once the template has been sent to you we cannot resend the template. You will need to accept the template within 6 months of your purchase before the free trial expires. If you do not accept the website within this timeframe you will have to repurchase the template again as it would need to be prepared and sent again.

1. All Website Templates sold at https://www.monarchwebsitetemplates.com or on other platforms under ‘Monarch Website Templates’ are Copyright and belong to ‘Monarch Website Templates’ © 2024.

2. Templates are non-refundable: Because of the digital nature of our products all templates, courses and digital products are non-refundable.

3. You cannot claim designs as your own: You (the purchaser) cannot share the templates, digital artwork or tutorial access with additional people. You can also not resell the templates or accompanying resources in a way that would compete with the purchased product (i.e. repackaging/slightly modifying and selling it as a Squarespace, Figma or other website platform design).

4. One Template Purchase equals one License and Install: Template install includes the transferring of the template to the purchaser which is a manual process. The purchaser may use this template once to build a website for themselves, their business or for a client, but one purchase is equal to one licence. If the purchaser would like to use the template on more than one website they will need to purchase additional templates.

5. Template Support: Some basic support is provided when a template is purchased via email, however, this does not include modifications of the template. Tutorials and instructional information will be sent when the template is purchased and additional instructions or information can be sent as required, however, if you are needing further assistance you may need to purchase a custom package or

6. Website Stock Images: Images are provided within the templates. Graphics can be used if they are suited to your business however, it is expected that photos and images will be updated by the purchaser to represent your business or client.
